In this paper, Franchini compares Puliatti’s and his views on the protection and re storation, in the imperial age, of real estate, both public and private. If in the prohibition of ope ra nova, to the advantage of the refectio of already existing opera, economic-financial concerns seem to prevail, as argued by Puliatti, from other sources adduced by the author, such as those on the subject of refectio in any case imposed on owners, it seems to be inferred that the interest more generally pursued was the safeguarding of urban decorum.

Abstract
In this paper, Franchini compares Puliatti’s and his views on the protection and re storation, in the imperial age, of real estate, both public and private. If in the prohibition of ope ra nova, to the advantage of the refectio of already existing opera, economic-financial concerns seem to prevail, as argued by Puliatti, from other sources adduced by the author, such as those on the subject of refectio in any case imposed on owners, it seems to be inferred that the interest more generally pursued was the safeguarding of urban decorum.File in questo prodotto:
