The aim of this work is to analyze how the experience of Biodanza SRT plays a key role in cognitive and metacognitive learning by promoting the self-regulated learning process and the acquisition of attitudes, emotional-affective skills, relationships and social skills of the student strategic. The practical experience lived and mediated through the body and corporeity facilitates the integrated development of people, their socio-relational skills and social inclusion.
L’obiettivo di questo lavoro è analizzare come l’esperienza della Biodanza SRT svolga un ruolo chiave nell’apprendimento cognitivo e metacognitivo favorendo il processo di apprendimento autoregolato e l’acquisizione di attitudini, competenze emotivo-affettive, relazionali ed abilità sociali proprie dello studente strategico. L’esperienza pratica vissuta e mediata attraverso il corpo e la corporeità facilita lo sviluppo integrato delle persone, delle loro competenze socio-relazionali e sull’inclusione sociale.
